Emerald [Carlos 1960] Size:30ml femininity and the divineThis ink is named after former Filipino president Carlos P. Garcia who refused to cooperate with the Japanese forces during WWII. Garcia is also from Bohol known for their majestic and lush 'chocolate hills' whose grasses change color from green to brown during the summer.
