Wet hulled processing, however, is a bit different! Used almost exclusively in Indonesia, this method has a much quicker turn around time, allowing Indonesian farmers to export their product a mere month after it was picked (rather than the more typical 2 3 months). Wet hulling also mutes the acidity and brings out the body
