'Made for the Table' Exhibition Catalogue Poppy Norton first carved in wax andThe book, 'Made for the Table', was published to accompany an exhibition of the same name exploring the evolution of silver tableware and dining conventions from the 1600s to the present day. Celebrating the work of contemporary silversmiths, it featured silverware from the exquisite collection of the Goldsmiths Company acquired over the last five centuries, in dialogue with the work of acclaimed artisans in furniture, glass, ceramics and textiles.
