Montecillo - Rioja Rosé Cider enhanced by the unique useThis ros is a blend of Tempranillo Tinto and Tempranillo Blanco grapes grown in the Rioja Alta zone where cooler, wetter conditions allow grapes to retain their freshness. Tempranillo undergoes cold maceration for six hours to obtain a delicate pink hue and is subsequently blended with Tempranillo Blanco prior to fermentation.
