It has a capacity for fifteen trays. It has two main cycles: a chilling cycle and a freezing cycle. The chilling cycle allows for a reduction of the internal food temperature from 70 Celsius to 3 Celsius in 90 minutes (max). The freezing cycle allows for a reduction of the internal food temperature of 70 to 18 in 240 minutes (max). The BCB 15US is a floor model
