2021 Rio Madre Rioja Graciano 2006 Vinous (from barrel)The Graciano grape has long been used in Rioja to add color and complexity to the blends. Rarely bottled on its own, the folks at Rio Madre thought their Graciano had the quality and character to stand it alone. Its remarkably dark in color and shows notes of black cherries, tea, and berries on the nose. Try it on its own to get to know it, then you can pair it with spicy Chorizo or Ropa Vieja.
